Thought I would try Kettlewell for a pretty layered top. Got all the way to the end and saw the $20 for shipping....for 1 ladies top! This is just ridiculous and honestly should be covered by the company. Deleted my order. (free shipping is offered for over $100 orders)

I ordered a few items from Kettlewell and have had an entirely positive experience - free and speedy delivery, simple returns and fast refunds/replacements. Also, extremely nice and helpful when I called with a question about garment care. The price is not the cheapest but I am willing to pay a little extra for the colour choice, quality (always a problem I find for ladies clothing - and theirs is as good or better than anywhere else I shop), advice and great service.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Over priced products which pill within 6 months. Told me it was friction. No compensation when I took the trouble to advise them. Its not that I can't afford their products but I expect good service and proper follow through when something costs more and is substandard. Their attitude is dismissive and off hand. They told me to use a depiller. I run my own business and would not dream of fobbing off a customer who has bought twice in this way. Very cross indeed.

I agree with the lady who said they are expensive and the quality seems to be getting worse. The £55 sweatshirt I ordered recently is very thin

The last item I purchased was a blue Infinity Scarf. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. I had one already and love it which is why I am now hoping I'll win another one! All Kettlewell Colours fashions are simply the best and I have never been disappointed.

I used to buy alot of clothes from kettlewell but recently I have found their garments to be very expensive and made from cheap material. Delivery is always swift but I wish they had free p+p

I placed an order on 23/12 but after 2 weeks it still appeared to be stuck 'processing' - also in the meantime the price of the garment was reduced (but my size/colour not available on reduction). I raised this, and not only was my order on its way pdq but I had the further price reduction and free postage. So bit of a blip on order originally but I do not expect perfection in Covid time. But customer service follow up brilliant. Garment with me, fits, very happy....

Just received the latest catalog. In a 50-page catalog, only white models are featured. For a brand interested in colour, that's upsetting.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online retail store. I am trying to return items I purchased. Their online return process is experiencing difficulties and I am unable to generate a return label. I have tried calling their toll free number on numerous occasions only to get a busy signal every time. I have also sent numerous emails but have not received a response. This is atrocious and inexplicable behavior by a merchant and I will tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from them.

I placed an order on April 17, 2020. I still haven't received my order (Fri. May 22) and have inquired twice. They can't track it but they will not reimburse me.

For anyone who has had their colours analysed, these clothes are lovely. I have been a customer for years.

This has become a go-to company for a bright top, piece of knitwear, seasonal dress. Quality is super. Customer service outstanding. I am enjoying the little pops of colour appearing in my professional palette of navy, grey, and white!
